Guided Futures is a family-based NDIS Service Provider in Adelaide, South Australia. We assist people with disabilities of all ages and their families to lead the way in advancing inclusion in their own lives and also in their communities. We believe and practice that people with disabilities have the same goals, hopes and aspirations as their peers. We ensure our participants have more opportunities to develop social networks and expand their development through building their identity and independence. Our main focus is to guide towards personal independence so each individual can shape their own identity.

Our experienced staff can assist you to learn new tasks; this could be from successfully accessing school with friends from your own neighbourhood, exploring meaningful employment opportunities, developing friendships and taking the lead in your own decision-making processes. We can also assist you in having the choice to live where you want and to live how you want to live.

Our Person-Centered approach gives you the reassurance that we work with you and your support network. Our support needs are customised according to the individual’s needs.
Guided Futures guarantees that our direct support staff have the required qualifications, experience,
skills and police clearances to deliver the highest quality in support everyday. Our experienced and knowledgeable support team speaks the NDIS language and are available to support you in attending scheduled or unscheduled NDIS meetings.
